Privacy Policy
This page explains how Remaleh handles personal information from website visitors, enquiry forms, emails, and related follow-up.
Last updated: 20 May 2026
Who this policy is for
This policy covers personal information handled through the Remaleh website, contact forms, service enquiry forms, Guardian and partnership enquiries, and direct email follow-up. It does not cover websites or social platforms that Remaleh links to but does not control.
Information we collect
When you contact Remaleh, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, country or location, preferred contact method, preferred contact time, the service or pathway you are interested in, and the message you send.
Some enquiry forms ask for details that help us route and understand the request. Depending on the form, this may include who needs help, the urgency, the main account, device, online safety concern, incident timing, organisation or group details, audience size, preferred session format, partnership type, Guardian applicant location, languages, certifications, training background, or other context you choose to provide.
Our forms also collect the page you submitted from and any campaign details in the link you used, such as UTM source, medium, campaign, term, and content. This helps us understand which page or campaign led to the enquiry.
Because Remaleh helps with Cyber Safety concerns, your message may include details about scams, accounts, devices, privacy concerns, family safety, or urgent online risks. Please only include details needed to explain the situation. Do not send passwords, bank logins, one-time codes, recovery codes, or full identity documents through the website form.
How we collect information
We collect information when you submit a website form, email us, or otherwise give details to Remaleh so we can respond. Our website hosting and email delivery providers may also process standard technical information needed to deliver the site, send form emails, prevent spam or abuse, and keep the service working.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising tools
Remaleh uses necessary cookies or similar browser storage to keep the website working, protect forms from misuse, and remember your cookie choices. These are not used for advertising.
If you allow optional analytics, Remaleh may use analytics tools such as PostHog to understand page visits, campaign links, broad site performance, and which content helps people find useful Cyber Safety guidance. If you allow optional advertising tools, Remaleh may use advertising tags to measure ad conversions, improve campaign reporting, and support advertising audiences.
Advertising conversion reporting may use limited event data such as hashed contact details, browser identifiers, page URL, campaign identifiers, IP address, and browser information. Remaleh does not send your message or detailed intake answers to advertising platforms.
Optional analytics and advertising storage are set to off until you choose otherwise in the cookie banner.
How we use information
We use personal information to reply to enquiries, understand what kind of Cyber Safety help may be relevant, manage follow-up, prepare for requested services or sessions, improve the website, protect the forms from misuse, and meet business or legal obligations.
We do not sell your contact details. We do not use the private details in your enquiry for unrelated advertising.
When information may be shared
We may share information with Remaleh team members or contractors who need it to respond to your enquiry, with service providers that host the website or deliver email, with professional advisers where needed, or where required by law. We may also share information if you ask us to, or if you give consent for a specific next step.
Storage and overseas processing
Remaleh uses cloud website hosting and email delivery services. Some providers may process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, maintain business records, and meet legal or operational requirements.
Access, correction, and complaints
You can ask to access or correct personal information Remaleh holds about you. You can also raise a privacy concern or complaint. Email legal@remaleh.com with enough detail for us to understand the request and respond.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when our website, services, providers, or information handling practices change. The latest version will be published on this page.
